Innie’s Peach Cobbler

My grandma makes the absolute best peach cobbler. It’s so easy, and most of the ingredients are household staples. Let us know if you try this recipe on Instagram or Facebook! 🍑

Ingredients
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Cups Sugar (or 1 1/2)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 4 Fresh Peaches Sliced (or 1 large jar)

*You can also use any other fruit of your choice.

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
2. Melt 1 stick of butter into a casserole dish.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, vanilla extract, 1 cup of sugar, and milk.
4. Pour mixture into the casserole dish with the butter.
5. Layer sliced peaches on top of the mixture, and do not stir.
6. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup (or 1/2 cup) of sugar over the top. *We used 1/2 cup, but grandma calls for 1 cup if you’re feeling up for it 😉
7. Put in the oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
8. Enjoy! Best with some homemade vanilla ice cream 😋
