Team Member - Cashier

We are looking for an efficient and friendly cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. The cashier will ring up the customer’s items, ensure that prices and quantities are correct, accept payments, issue receipts, answer customer questions, and provide helpful information to customers about products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to customer complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.

To succeed as a cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Team Member - Stocker

We are looking for an energetic and friendly stocker to receive goods for the store and ensure that these goods are stocked and marked with labels and prices. Stockers are also responsible for managing inventory levels, arranging and maintaining product displays, answering any customer questions about the product, and answering questions about the stock.

To be successful as a stocker you must be reasonably fit and treat all customers with kindness and respect. A good stocker has excellent knowledge of our produce and products and provides customers with useful information to improve their shopping experience.
