Clover’s Strawberry Popsicles

Oak Grove Farms Strawberry Popsicles

Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 jar Oak Grove Farms Strawberry Jam
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 ounces white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions
1. In a bowl, mix together heavy cream, strawberry jam, and vanilla.
2. Evenly divide the mixture into popsicle molds, add popsicle sticks, and put in the freezer overnight.
3. White chocolate drizzle / shell - Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds until smooth. Let cool for 10 minutes.
4. Remove popsicles from the freezer and drizzle / dip each one into the white chocolate.
5. Enjoy now or put back in the freezer to enjoy later!
